First Four Out: BYU, Miami (FL), Vanderbilt, Michigan
Oklahoma was the biggest winner this week. They went to Alabama and came home with a hard fought 23-21 win. That puts both teams at 8-2 overall and provides the Sooners with a strong argument to be ahead of the Crimson Tide among the two-loss teams in the playoff pecking order. If both squads win out though, there should be little doubt that each will be in the playoffs.
