Week 3 Football Bowl Projection Breakdown

Perhaps the biggest upsets this week came in the Big Ten. Temple hosted Maryland and made a couple goal line stands to hang on to beat the Terrapins 20-17. In East Lansing, Michigan State fell 10-7 against Arizona State. That was a huge win for the Sun Devils and another tough loss for the Spartans. Just like last season, Michigan State has a superb defense, but they are still waiting for their offense to have any consistency. Things were worse in the ACC though. Boston College was upset at home by Kansas on Friday night. Pitt and NC State lost against non-conference competition too. But the biggest upset of the week came when the The Citadel knocked off Georgia Tech. The Yellow Jackets did beat South Florida last week, but the new look offense is having some massive problems and reaching six wins is going to be extremely difficult.
