Week 14 Football Bowl Projection Breakdown
The 12 teams that will participate in the “New Year’s Six Bowls” is becoming more clear. However, championship weekend will certainly mix things up a bit. We assume Arizona will lose to Oregon, Georgia Tech will fall to Florida State, Mizzou will lose to Alabama and Wisconsin will fall to Ohio State. Obviously those are all major assumptions, but those are all two loss teams and that third loss will knock most of them out of the top 12 and out of the major bowl picture. Of course, winning would change everything. In every single one of those cases, the presumed favorite can lose a game and still make one of the major bowl games with just two losses. However, all four of those teams are looking towards the playoffs, not a trip to the Peach Bowl. The playoff picture has one more week to turn upside-down and it most likely will do just that.
