Bio
My love for sports began in 1976 at the age of 8. Back then, the newspaper was called The Buffalo Evening News and my dad and I would race to get it knowing that whoever got the sports section was going to be at least an hour with it.
From there, the passion and the thirst for knowledge continued to grow. I was nicknamed, "The Almanac" by some friends in college and it's true that I can remember specific games from the 1970s, 80s, 90s, and today but often can't remember what to get at the grocery store.
When I'm not writing about sports, I'm watching them and when I can't do that, I'm busy working in sales, hanging out with my kids and girlfirend, Jill, and doing other relaxing things.
