9/22 Men's Soccer Bracketology Breakdown

Notre Dame Men's College Soccer

Last Four In: Tulsa, Northwestern, Kentucky, Wake Forest

First Four Out: Maryland, Connecticut, Memphis, UNC Wilmington

Conference play in the ACC is always exciting and last week was no different. Notre Dame and Virginia battled to a 1-1 tie on Sunday, although they did not change the bracket at all. On Friday North Carolina lost to Duke, cementing the Blue Devils spot in the bracket this week. Another ranked team, Wake Forest, fell to Virginia Tech. The Hokies are trying to make some noise in the ACC, while Wake Forest is struggling. The big winner in the ACC this week was Syracuse. The Orange followed up their loss to Notre Dame with a nice win at Clemson and they are sitting at 6-1-0 and are looking good for a spot in the tournament.
