9/1 Men's Soccer Bracketology Breakdown

UCLA Men's College Soccer

Last Four In: UC Irvine, Tulsa, Elon, Indiana

First Four Out: North Carolina State, Wisconsin, Saint Louis, Old Dominion

Just two games, or fewer, into the 2014 campaign, it is a bit early to overreact to some of the results seen across the country. Squads like UCLA and New Mexico have lived up to their potential. Even Georgetown should feel like they are in a great place after tying Notre Dame and Indiana. But others have had a tougher week and are glad that there is still a long, long way left to go. Losing to UCLA and California is not all that bad for a team like Wake Forest, but they were outscored 7-2. Cal State Northridge is another team that needs to rebound. The Matadors lost their opener at Denver and then fell at Air Force.
