3/16 Men's Basketball Bracketology Breakdown

Tulsa Men's College Basketball

Last Eight In: Florida State, Tennessee, Saint Joseph’s, Xavier, Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa, Kansas State

First Eight Out: Dayton, Missouri, Minnesota, California, Arkansas, St. John’s, North Carolina State, Southern Miss

Perhaps the story of the day was Tulsa, who stole away the Conference USA auto bid. Southern Miss has an outside shot at an at-large bid, but it appears that the young Golden Hurricane will be the only representative for C-USA in the NCAA Tournament. Coach Danny Manning has done an amazing job at Tulsa in just his second year at the program. After a very, very slow start, the Golden Hurricane take an 11 game winning streak into the big dance.
