10/21 Women's Soccer Bracketology Breakdown

Florida State Women's College Soccer

Last Four In:  Colorado, Maryland, Clemson, Illinois

First Four Out:  Miami (FL), Duke, Missouri, Utah

Colorado got the much needed draw against a quality Cal side in Berkeley. The Buffaloes are one of the more improved teams in the country this season. Illinois is on the brink as well but they need to start scoring more goals and stopping teams more consistently moving forward. Duke got a much needed result again on the road in South Bend over a quality Notre Dame side. The Blue Devils are in if they can get themselves over the .500 mark. The Maryland Terrapins, with the loss to Florida State, are on the bubble as their overall record is at.500 and they already have six conference losses. Missouri notched a very important win over South Carolina this past weekend and are right on the doorstep of the NCAA tourney. Also, keep an eye on Utah as they have quietly worked up the table in the Pac-12 conference and are primed to sneak into the tournament if they can knock out a couple more victories in conference play.
