Week 2 FCS Football Bracketology Breakdown

Last Four In: Southeastern Louisiana, Mercer, Central Arkansas, Delaware

First Four Out: Villanova, Fordham, Youngstown State, Gardner-Webb

In week 1, the FCS failed to secure a victory over any FBS teams. In week 2, the FCS had a much better showing. Idaho destroyed Nevada 33-6 thanks to a superb outing by quarterback Gevani McCoy. Southern Illinois held on to beat Northern Illinois 14-11 and have a huge game at Southeast Missouri coming up next. Fordham has moved to 2-1 on the year with their shootout win over Buffalo. The Rams will have a difficult time winning the Patriot League with Holy Cross standing in their way, but they have set themselves up nicely for a potential at-large bid.
