3/28 Baseball Bracketology Breakdown

Last Four In: Ole Miss, Missouri, Coastal Carolina, Notre Dame

First Four Out:  Oregon State, Clemson, Duke, Florida State

A once dominant powerhouse, USC, makes it into our projected field after years of absence from the tournament. Ole Miss, 0-6 in SEC play, finds themselves on the bubble this week. Oregon State drops out of the projected bracket after taking some tough losses. Three ACC teams make up the first four out. If those three teams (Clemson, Duke, and Florida State) make the tournament at the end of the season, that probably would be a record number of teams from any conference to have represent them in the NCAA tournament. Indiana jumps Iowa in the Big Ten for the projected conference champion, but Iowa comes in as an at-large bid.
