3/28 Softball Bracketology Breakdown

Last Four In: USF, Louisville, Texas State, Ohio State

First Four Out:  San Diego State, Notre Dame, Virginia, USC-Upstate

All thirteen SEC teams are still in the projected field of 64 for this week. Penn State drops out from the Big Ten and the Sun Belt adds an at-large bid, Texas State, and so does the AAC with USF. The ACC has a low number of teams for a conference of their caliber, but there is still a long way to go until the NCAA Tournament. Northwestern overtakes Maryland as the projected conference leader in the Big Ten and UCLA overtakes Stanford in the Pac-12.
