3/13 Women's Basketball Bracketology Breakdown

Last Four In: Duke, Missouri, Missouri State, Northwestern

First Four Out: DePaul, Creighton, Villanova, Florida State

It is here. Selection Sunday. This is our final projected bracket of the 2021-22 season. It has been a good one so far and we are ready for March Madness! Unfortunately, there have been a couple of bid stealers such as Northern Iowa/Illinois State and Massachusetts. The Big East is loaded with teams who just missed the cut including DePaul, Creighton, and Villanova. Seton Hall and Marquette would be after them. Kentucky has really made a run lately and I wouldn’t be surprised if they reach the Sweet 16 or further. Northwestern from the Big Ten barely makes in it along with Missouri State who did not win their conference tournament. Dayton is in the same boat at Missouri State in regard to not winning their conference tournament but getting an at-large bid. I feel like this will be an exciting NCAA Tournament full of surprises!
