1/10 Women's Basketball Bracketology Breakdown

Last Four In: Rhode Island, Arkansas, Liberty, Wake Forest

First Four Out: Marquette, Middle Tennessee, Mississippi State, Buffalo

Arizona suffers their first loss of the season in what could be considered a “bad loss” on the resume to USC. South Carolina survives despite being down at LSU. Michigan suffers a setback which forces them to drop in the rankings. Tennessee continues to rise with the possibility of challenging South Carolina for the SEC title. Connecticut continues to disappoint although they finished the week with one game and one win. This is not the Connecticut team we are used to seeing. They continue to barely scrape by. Texas A&M has fallen drastically from the last season in the SEC. They start conference play 0-3 with South Carolina next in Columbia.
