4/19 Baseball Bracketology Breakdown

Last Four In: NC State, Charlotte, Baylor, UC Irvine

First Four Out: UNLV, Iowa, Georgia Tech, North Carolina

There is a good shakeup in the projected field of 64 this week. Old Dominion and Louisiana Tech both from Conference-USA make National Seeds. The Big Ten adds Nebraska to join Michigan in the field. NC State and Charlotte are in, while the Big Ten is just shy of having three teams in the tournament with Iowa left out. Texas, from the Big 12, moves up to the 3rd National Seed behind Arkansas and Vanderbilt. Notre Dame, South Carolina, Stanford, Oregon State, and Arizona State have the potential to finish the season as a top 16 National Seed but they need some help.
