3/12 Men's Basketball Bracketology Breakdown

Last Eight In: Utah State, Drake, Syracuse, Michigan State, Louisville, VCU, Colorado State, Wichita State

First Eight Out: Saint Louis, Boise State, Xavier, Mississippi, Seton Hall, SMU, Memphis, Louisiana Tech

Xavier and Boise State were the biggest losers so far this week. Both lost early in their conference tournaments and are now on the outside of the bubble. Michigan State lost their Big Ten tourney opener too, but thanks in part to losses from Boise State and Xavier, they remain as one of the last teams projected into the NCAA Tournament. With many bubble teams bowing out of their conference tournaments, the opportunity is there for programs like Mississippi and Seton Hall to make a serious push towards the right side of the bubble.
