No team had a bigger week than Oklahoma. The Sooners went on the road on Tuesday and came away from Austin with a thrilling 80-79 victory over fifth ranked Texas. On Saturday they hosted top ten Alabama as part of the SEC/Big 12 Challenge and slipped passed the Crimson Tide 66-61. That has moved Oklahoma from a bubble team just a couple weeks ago to a team that looks safely in the tournament. The Big 12 is tough though and the Sooners fortunes could change quickly. They are still scheduled to play Texas Tech, Baylor, West Virginia, Texas and both Iowa State and Oklahoma State twice before the end of February.
