North Carolina A&T has won the Celebration Bowl four times in the last five years. And the year they didn’t, they were in the playoffs. Last year the MEAC title was a bit of a gift since Florida A&M finished a perfect 8-0, but were not eligible for the title due to NCAA sanctions. The conference will not play this fall, but when they do suit up again, the Aggies and the Rattlers will be the favorites to take home the conference crown.
