Maine and the rest of the Colonial Athletic Association will not play this fall. The Black Bears spent last season limping to a 2-5 start a year after reaching the semifinals of the playoffs. The Black Bears won four of their last five to finish a respectable 6-6. The defense has a lot of holes to fill, but the offense has a lot of potential behind sophomore signal caller Joe Fagnano.
