Holy Cross won the Patriot League and reached the playoffs last season for the first time since 2009. The Crusaders lost at Monmouth in the first round, but played relatively well. Holy Cross and the rest of the conference will not be playing in 2020, but the team was poised to make another run through the Patriot League. Quarterback Connor Degenhardt would lead the offense and the defense has some holes to fill, but they do have a star in linebacker Jacob Dobbs.
