Both Michigan and Virginia fell from the ranks of the unbeaten this week. Duke lost a game too. Tennessee may now be the team to beat after they held on to defeat Alabama 71-68. That was a much closer contest than most expected, but while other top teams fell, the Volunteers managed to get the job done and move to 16-1 on the season. Next up for Tennessee is a trip to Vanderbilt on Wednesday and a home date against West Virginia in the SEC/Big 12 Challenge on Saturday.
