The big news this week was that Connecticut lost to Baylor on Thursday night by a score of 68-57. Baylor center Kalani Brown scored 22 points and added 17 rebounds. The Lady Bears also got off to a nice start in Big 12 play with a win at Texas Tech. They remain on the one-line. But so does Connecticut. The Huskies still have that nice win over Notre Dame, but they will not be tested again until January 31st when they leave conference play to take on Louisville.
