The Pac-12 is off to a great start this year. Nine teams have two losses or fewer and ten teams, including UCLA who are 6-5 but have played a tough schedule, are well prepared to reach the NCAA Tournament. It is unlikely ten will make it as the conference will have to beat up on itself a little bit once Pac-12 play begins this week. As the SEC is having a down year, by their standards at least, there should be room for the Pac-12 to pick up an extra bid or two from the six they received last season.
