Friday saw quite a few bubble teams make a big statement. Providence picked up a huge win over Xavier to reach the Big East final. Win or lose, they are probably in now. Alabama’s win over Auburn also all but cemented their spot in the NCAA Tournament. Nevada’s loss also shrank the bubble. The Mountain West Conference just became a two bid league, and that is likely trouble for one of those many ACC and Big 12 bubble teams.
