In the battle of the only two undefeated teams left in Division I basketball, Connecticut got the best of South Carolina. The Huskies got out to an early lead and never looked back. South Carolina tried to make a game out of it in the fourth quarter, but the 66-54 score line was closer than it really was. So that means Connecticut has beaten Ohio State, Notre Dame, Maryland and South Carolina this season, winning all by at least ten points. They will likely run into at least one of those teams again in the Final Four and the result will likely be similar.
