Saturday was a day of upsets as five teams ranked in the top dozen lost. Ohio State beat Kentucky and while the Buckeyes are still just 6-5, they have proven that they can play very good basketball at times. Northern Iowa’s win over Iowa State gave them another signature win. The Missouri Valley Conference is looking like a one bid league this year, but UNI now has victories over North Carolina and Iowa State on their resume. Utah knocked off Duke in yet another unranked squad to beat a top ten team. Utah may not remain unranked for long though.
