The bracket is out and now all the talk moves from the bubble and bracket projections to the actual games on the floor. The NCAA Tournament is keeping two regional sites again in 2024, this time around in Albany and Portland. Once again, South Carolina is the clear favorite after a perfect 32-0 season.
