Week 14 Football Bowl Projection Breakdown

Alabama vs. Auburn College Football

Auburn beat Alabama in an amazing Iron Bowl and now the BCS title game picture is getting very interesting. Florida State is in with a win over Duke in the ACC title game. Ohio State and the Tigers (of both Auburn and Missouri) could end up being extremely close when it comes to the second spot. The Buckeyes defense struggled mightily against Michigan on Saturday, but Ohio State would get their best win of the season against Michigan State on Saturday night. The winner of the SEC championship contest would also get another quality win to add to their resume. It could come down to how much the computers like those late wins. Of course, if Florida State or Ohio State lose, the SEC winner and the team the team that remains standing after championship week would be the obvious favorites to meet in Pasadena. Alabama is not out of the picture either. History has proven that pollsters do not like teams that aren’t in their title game to reach the BCS title game, but this could be the exception.
