Week 6 FCS Football Bracketology Breakdown

North Dakota State FCS Football

Last Four In: Tennessee-Martin, Youngstown State, Maine, Samford

First Four Out: Tennessee State, Chattanooga, New Hampshire, Cal Poly

North Dakota State once again got the best of their tough competition in the Missouri Valley. This time around Northern Iowa was up 23-10 heading into the fourth quarter, but NDSU has had a couple answers. The Bison and Panthers are both looking very good when it comes to the playoff picture. As is 5-1 Youngstown State. After that everything is pretty much still up for grabs. South Dakota State has now lost three games in a row, but they did play Nebraska and NDSU in that stretch. They will start winning more now. Illinois State is an interesting team to watch out for. They are just 2-3 right now with unimpressive wins against Abilene Christian and Western Illinois, but the losses are not all that bad either. There is hardly any room for error, but the Redbirds do have the talent to pull off a couple upsets along the way.
