With just two weeks remaining in the college football regular season, the FCS playoff picture is starting to take shape. When it comes to the Northeast Conference we're seeing two creams rise to the top in the form of the red hot Wagner Seahawks and the UAlbany Great Danes. Wagner, despite starting the season 0-3 is riding a school record six game winning streak, while Albany, once ranked as high as 18th nationally, will refuse to relinquish the NEC quietly.
