With Rhode Island winning the Atlantic 10 tournament, they have taken themselves off the bubble. That puts one less team on the bubble and everybody else’s chances off missing out just went up. We still project Syracuse and Illinois State to be left out, but USC, Providence, Vanderbilt, Xavier, Kansas State and Wake Forest should not feel too safe either and URI winning does not make any of them feel any better heading into the Selection Show.
