3/3 Women's Basketball Bracketology Breakdown

Last Eight In: St. John’s, California, West Virginia, Indiana, Creighton, South Florida, Iowa State, Marquette

First Eight Out: Virginia, Auburn, Dayton, Tulane, Northwestern, Elon, Harvard, Iowa

For the most part, the major conference tournaments are going as expected so far. Two teams that took a step back are Auburn and Iowa. The Tigers fell to Georgia in the second round of the SEC Tournament and have moved to the outside looking in. Iowa lost a close contest to Northwestern, a team looking to make a very late push towards the bubble. However, to have much of a chance, the Wildcats will need to beat Ohio State on Friday to boost their not so impressive RPI.
