4/7 Softball Bracketology Breakdown

LSU College Softball

Last Four In: North Texas, California, UCF, Kansas

First Four Out: North Carolina, Stetson, Hofstra, Georgia Southern

Just about everybody towards the top of the pecking order had a relatively tough week. Tennessee took just one game from LSU, Florida fell to Florida State and UCLA lost back-to-back games to Oregon. The big winner was the Seminoles, who jump up to the #3 overall seed in this week’s bracket. With the ACC not nearly as tough as the SEC or the Pac-12, Florida State could easily continue their climb while watching everybody else beat up on each other.
