For the first time in a while, there was some movement at the top of the women’s college basketball rankings. Connecticut knocked off Louisville and Stanford was shocked by Washington. And it was just a week earlier that Duke fell to Notre Dame. However, the top seeds in the bracket have not changed. Connecticut and Notre Dame are all but locks to earn two of the four number one seeds. The Cardinal and Blue Devils are hanging onto the other two spots, but the door is now open. Of course Duke and Notre Dame play each other at least one more time this year and that gives plenty of hope to teams like Louisville, South Carolina and Baylor.
