One of the big games last week was Notre Dame traveling to Tennessee. The Irish were down 46-41 at halftime, but their defense stepped up in the second half, holding the Lady Vols to just 24 points. The win for Notre Dame cemented their spot as a likely #1 seed come March. For Tennessee it was their fourth loss of the season. However, Coach Holly Warlick rallied her squad and six days later they went to College Station and crushed the red hot Aggies. That win was huge for the Lady Vols and they suddenly have the momentum, not to mention the talent and the schedule, to win the SEC regular season title.
