Baylor Men's College Basketball

Last Eight In: Providence, Dayton, Boise State, Mississippi State, Saint Mary’s, Florida State, Minnesota, Xavier

First Eight Out: Mississippi, Illinois, LSU, Texas, SMU, Stanford, Georgetown, Notre Dame

The Big 12 is turn into a very interesting conference race. On Saturday alone Iowa State, Oklahoma State and Baylor, who entered the week ranked in the top 12 of the AP poll, lost. The Cyclones and Baylor both lost earlier in the week as well. Right now there are seven teams that appear to be battling for an NCAA Tournament bid. However, it is unlikely that the conference will receive seven bids. Everybody is going to beat up on each other a little bit. Still, the RPI is strong across the board and earning six bids out of the Big 12 is feasible.
