The A-10 had another superb week. Saint Louis started things off on Monday by beating Vanderbilt on the road. On Friday George Washington beat Georgia. And on Saturday Dayton knocked off Ole Miss in overtime and Rhode Island upset LSU on the road. As a result of those quality wins, among many others, the A-10 has a nice looking RPI heading into conference play. Right now College Sports Madness has five Atlantic 10 teams projected to make the NCAA Tournament. But the problem may be the overall strength of the conference. Umass, George Washington, VCU, Saint Louis and Dayton are going to run into some problems throughout conference play…and not just against each other. Teams like St. Joe’s, Richmond, La Salle and George Mason are certainly going to pull off an upset or two along the way.
