2/25 Women's Basketball Bracketology Breakdown

Kansas Women's College Basketball Chelsea Gardner

Last Eight In: Duquesne, Arkansas, Charlotte, West Virginia, Washington, Miami (FL), Villanova, LSU

First Eight Out: St. John’s, Kansas, Illinois, Saint Mary’s, Fordham, Wyoming, Saint Joseph’s, Georgetown

There was not a lot of movement around the bubble of the women’s basketball bracket this week. The most notable changes are in the Big 12 where Kansas lost to Texas and Texas Tech and moved out of the bracket. With road trips to Iowa State and Oklahoma coming up this week, the Jayhawks may not be able to make it back into the field of 64. The beneficiary of Kansas’ drop is conference mate West Virginia. The Mountaineers beat lowly TCU as expected, but they have winnable games against KSU and Texas remaining, as well as an RPI booster against Baylor.
