Overview:
Carlos Correa is simply one of the best young prospects eligible for this year’s draft. The fact that he plays shortstop makes him even more valuable. He has outstanding size, excellent speed, a strong arm, great range, a quick swing, and packs a major pop in his bat. He has all the tools to be one of the best shortstops in baseball, although some think he may ultimately end up at the hot corner.
Final Projection:When you look at Correa he passes every test. He has the wow factor, the it factor, and even passes the eye test. Absolutely everything about this guy screams a ball player, and a great one at that. He will be a top selection without question.
