Last Four In: Arizona, UCF, Michigan, Kentucky
First Four Out: Illinois, Wichita State, Georgia Tech, Missouri
The SEC Tournament has provided plenty of thrills already. Texas A&M has booked a spot in the semifinals with victories over Vanderbilt, Georgia and Auburn. If there were any doubts that the Aggies 13-17 conference record would keep them out of the NCAA Tournament, they are gone now. Missouri, Kentucky and Mississippi State all lost in the first round single elimination portion of the tournament and will have to sweat it out on Selection Monday. The conference’s impressive RPI could lead to 11 teams in, but as the bubble shrinks over the coming days with upsets around the country, the SEC could see that number dwindle quickly.
