1/29 Men's Basketball Bracetology Breakdown

Last Eight In: Missouri, Virginia Tech, Syracuse, Kansas State, Texas A&M, Providence, Utah, Marquette

First Eight Out: South Carolina, Boise State, Washington, Notre Dame, UCLA, Maryland, Old Dominion, Notre Dame

Virginia cemented their spot on the top line of the bracket with a couple big wins this week. On Tuesday they hosted Clemson and cruised to a 61-36 victory. That is the UVA defense showing what it can do. And then on Saturday the Cavaliers went to Duke and came home with an impressive 65-63 win. In the ACC though, it rarely gets easy. Virginia’s next three games are against Louisville and on the road against Syracuse and Florida State. Once again we all will think Virginia might finally lose an ACC game, but Coach Tony Bennett’s team has the talent to run the table and keep on winning.
