Week 14 Football Bowl Projection Breakdown

The big question now is who is the fourth team in the playoffs…a one loss Alabama or a two-loss Ohio State? Of course the Buckeyes have the benefit of an extra game and a conference title, but taking the entire body of work into account, as the committee should, the Crimson Tide have the better resume. At this point though, it is in the hands of the committee and we will find out on Sunday. On the other end of the bowl spectrum, there are three more bowl eligible teams than bowl spots. A couple of those left out will likely come from Conference USA where Western Kentucky, Middle Tennessee, Louisiana Tech and UTSA all sit at six wins and a .500 or worse conference record.
