First Eight Out: Virginia, George Washington, Colorado State, St. John’s, Auburn, Northwestern, Elon, Northern Iowa

West Virginia’s upset win over Baylor provided the biggest bracket moves since the start of the week. The Mountaineers handed the Lady Bears just their third loss of the season and we now have West Virginia on the six line. Marquette also picked up a conference tournament final upset victory, beating DePaul 86-78. Those two teams would have likely been in the NCAA Tournament whether or not they won the title, but now WVU and Marquette both look like teams that can make a nice little tournament run next week.
