Ivy League Football Week 9 Preview

 
 
Yale at Columbia - Yale plays another Friday night game. The Bulldogs were destroyed under the lights at home against Penn. Columbia plays tough defense, anchored by Gianmarco Rea, who had 11 tackles for the Lions last week. Yale has been inept in the passing game under Tre Moore.

Princeton at Cornell - The Tigers almost pulled off the upset at home against Harvard, losing by three in overtime. Princeton is the second best team in the Ivies. Cornell was disappointing at Brown, despite the exploits of quarterback Dalton Banks.

Harvard at Dartmouth - This one should be no contest for the visitors. Joe Viviano is on fire at quarterback for Harvard, throwing for 215 yards against Princeton. Dartmouth lost at Columbia.

Brown at Penn - Brown played a solid game against upstart Cornell, winning in overtime behind the running of Johnny Pena. Penn was powerful against Yale. Alek Torgersen once again excelled at quarterback, hitting on 16-23 passes. Both teams can score.
