3/1 Men's Basketball Bracketology Breakdown

Villanova Men's College Basketball

Last Eight In: Stanford, Tulsa, Oklahoma State, Mississippi, St. John’s, Cincinnati, Davidson, Purdue

First Eight Out: Temple, Xavier, Rhode Island, Texas, UCLA, Illinois, Old Dominion, North Carolina State

Villanova looks primed to take the last #1 seed with Wisconsin and Gonzaga losing during the week. Of course, the Wildcats have a long way to go. This week they travel to Creighton and host St. John’s to wrap up the regular season. And then it is off to Madison Square Garden for the Big East Tournament. If Villanova wins out, they should be the fourth #1 seed alongside Kentucky, Virginia and Duke. If not, Arizona, Wisconsin Kansas and Gonzaga are back in the picture.
